How quickly will I receive my order?We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround - we aim to e-mail all digital orders within 3 hours (within office hours) but most are processed immediately by a team of skilled in-house operators. Why do some of your products have VAT on them and others don't?If we post or supply a paper map/plan these products are zero rated by the UK Government but if we provide a product digitally (e.g. by email) this is classed as a service and therefore VAT is applicable |

Ordnance Survey mapping is protected under Crown copyright by virtue of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Copying of mapping can be authorised under separate copyright licences depending upon the intended use.
